Palermo is coming soon to Rescue Control
The map of Palermo is not in the game yet: regions arrive one at a time. In the meantime you can run the emergency response in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, and Molise.

Could you handle every emergency in Palermo?
Palermo never sleeps, and neither does your control room. With 630,000 residents, calls pile up: a fire in the suburbs, a crash on the ring road, a cardiac arrest in the centre. Enough units for all of them? Hardly ever. This is where a Director proves their worth.
The sea is part of the job: a seafront packed in summer, the port area, storm surges and coastal traffic slowing down every call-out.
What awaits you in Palermo
- Person in need of rescue on the seafront in peak season
- Road accident with multiple casualties on the main arteries
- Cardiac arrest: every minute of delay counts
- Forest fire on a windy day
