Community rules
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Boards and chats are for Directors to coordinate with each other. The same protections apply to everybody, from 14 years up. These rules are part of the Terms of service and must be accepted before writing; when they change, they must be accepted again.
1. The rules
- Respect others: no insults, harassment, hate or discrimination.
- No sexual or violent content, nothing that encourages self-harm.
- Do not share personal data: neither yours nor anyone else's (phone, e-mail, addresses, social profiles).
- No links, advertising, spam or requests for money.
- Stay in the game: the chat is for emergencies and the alliance, not for meeting people.
- If something makes you uncomfortable, report or block: nobody will know you did.
2. What happens to those who break them
Breaking the rules brings a warning, then writing is suspended for 24 hours, then for 7 days, finally the account is suspended. Grave cases skip the steps. Every decision is explained in the game and by e-mail and can be contested by writing to [LEGAL EMAIL].
3. How to report
Every message, post, name and description can be reported with one tap by choosing a reason; the reporter gets a confirmation and, once decided, the outcome. Content reported by three different people, or for sexual content or threats, is hidden at once pending review. You can also block a player: you will no longer see what they write and they cannot invite you, without them knowing.
4. If you are under 18
Never say where you live, how old you are or how to reach you outside the game. If someone asks, report it. The municipality shown on your card is the one of your game headquarters, not where you live; the on-duty state is seen by your allies only and you can switch it off in the settings.
5. Who reads the chats
A moderator reads only what is reported or stopped by the automatic filter; every access is logged. The high roles of your alliance (Coordinator and Deputy) may remove content, mute for a limited time and remove members, but every report always reaches the administration too.
6. Whom to contact
To contest a decision or for an urgent problem write to [LEGAL EMAIL]. If you are in danger or know someone who is, contact the emergency services of your country.
