Realism in the data
Roads, distances, hospitals and stations come from open data. The nearest unit isn’t always the right one.
Build your emergency network, coordinate land, water and air units and tackle dynamic emergencies on real territory. On your own or with your alliance.
All you need is an email and a Director name. No passwords.
Demo simulation of the game interface. In the game, the map is the real one of your city.
Rescue Control is a free management game that plays in your browser. Pick an Italian town or city, take charge of a control room and start receiving emergencies on the real map of the area. You decide who goes, in which vehicle and from where. Every successful response earns Credits and experience to grow your network: more vehicles, more staff, more stations, more services.
Roads, distances, hospitals and stations come from open data. The nearest unit isn’t always the right one.
An emergency opens with a tap and is handled in seconds. The depth is in the choices, not in the menus.
Your decisions are saved on the server: vehicles on the road, building works and courses all finish even with your browser closed.

It appears on the map with its type, severity and what it takes to resolve it: firefighting, medical care, public order…
The game suggests suitable units with real arrival times. Accept the recommendation with one tap, or put the team together yourself.
Units travel along real roads, in compressed time. If resources fall short the situation gets worse: send reinforcements.
When the mission ends you earn Credits, experience and reputation. Vehicles and crews head back, rest and go in for maintenance.
Buy vehicles, hire and train staff, expand your stations and open new ones. More coverage means a higher periodic salary.

The control room is your main screen: full-screen map, active emergencies, units available and on the move, staff status. Designed for phones first, fully featured on desktop too.

Emergencies appear in plausible places across the territory and change with the time of day, the area’s real weather and traffic. There are over 140 incident types and each one calls for capabilities, not a specific vehicle: combining the right resources is up to you.
A neglected fire spreads, a patient deteriorates. Turning up late or short-handed has consequences.
Triage, on-scene treatment, choosing the hospital by department and load, transport: the medical chain is part of the game.
Rain, fog, rush hour and closed roads change arrival times and the kind of calls you get. In storms or fog, helicopters stay on the ground.
A failed mission costs you reputation, not your career. There’s always a way to bounce back.

From level 5 you face major emergencies: 19 multi-front scenarios, from an industrial fire to a motorway pile-up, from a storm to a structural collapse. They are sized to your fleet and unfold in four phases: alert, containment, rescue, making safe.
A main scene plus linked incidents to coordinate together. If coverage falls short, the event grows.
You can always call in a reinforcement column that covers what you lack, in exchange for a smaller bonus.
Every scenario ends with a bronze, silver or gold medal that stays on your profile.
Every vehicle has capabilities, a technical condition and wear. Every responder has a name, qualifications, fatigue and a career. Build the crew of each vehicle, schedule courses and maintenance: your network’s efficiency depends on people as much as on vehicles.

Land vehicles are joined by boats and aircraft, each with its own base, qualified crew and limits.
From the boat base, at level 6, you launch jet skis, rescue boats, water ambulances and patrol boats. Anyone in the water must first be brought ashore; where you can’t reach, the Coast Guard steps in.
From the helipad, at level 20, rescue helicopters take off; at level 30 the amphibious firefighting plane arrives. Flight endurance is real: they head back to refuel and go out again.
Patrols cover their area on their own, vehicles can go straight from one incident to the next without returning, and fuel and on-board supplies need watching.
Start with the Fire Service and unlock the others as you grow: medical at level 3, police at 6, wildfire and mountain rescue from 10. One Director, five operational families, each with its own vehicles, staff and emergencies.

Fires, technical rescues, road accidents, landslides and collapses. Fire engines, turntable ladders and specialist crews.
Sudden illness, trauma, cardiac arrests. Ambulances, rapid response cars, on-scene treatment and hospital transport.
Public order, thefts, traffic control and scene security. Patrols always on the move.
Forest and wildland–urban interface fires, seasonality and wind. Wildfire units and ground crews.
Missing hikers, injuries at altitude, rough terrain. Teams and vehicles built for the mountains.
Service names describe the operational role in the game. Rescue Control is not affiliated with any agency or corps and does not use their emblems or liveries.
From level 3 you can join an alliance, from level 5 found one. You stay in command of your own network, but share a board, a chat, objectives and, when needed, vehicles with your allies.
Announcements, notes and an alliance chat with quick phrases. Community rules, reporting and moderation are active from day one.
An ally in trouble? Send a column of vehicles to their emergency: the incident stays theirs, your contribution is rewarded.
Large multi-front emergencies that start by surprise: whoever is on duty gets the alert and chooses whether to join.
Three objectives a week, an alliance that grows from 10 to 40 members and a weekly ranking between alliances.
Topbar, fleet, map, emergencies and facility list: the full interface you play with every turn, exactly as it looks in-game.

The game world is generated from open data: OpenStreetMap for roads, stations and hospitals, ISTAT for municipalities and population. Routes are calculated on the real road network. Today you can start from 1,044 municipalities in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, and Molise; the other Italian regions arrive one at a time.

You start with one station and a handful of vehicles. Extend garages and crew quarters, take over more real-world stations or candidate sites where coverage is thin, and bring arrival times under control one neighbourhood at a time.
More vehicle bays, quarters, storage, a workshop, a training room, a helipad and a pier.
Open outposts where they’re needed and cut arrival times.
A coverage map shows where you’re strong and where you’re not: your periodic salary depends on it.
Experience comes only from missions. As you level up, all the way to 60, you unlock vehicles, services, buildings and more complex emergencies. Credits speed up management, but they don’t skip levels: whoever is further ahead has played more.
A Fire Service station, your first vehicles, the guided tutorial.
Medical service at 3, major emergencies and alliances at 5, police and the boat base at 6.
Wildfire and Mountain Rescue, in the order your territory calls for.
Coordination centre, helipad, helicopters and, at 30, the firefighting plane.
Rescue Control is free-to-play and intends to stay that way, no tricks. These are the rules we’ve set ourselves.
No gems, no second currency. What you see is what you spend.
Every vehicle, station and service is within reach using the Credits earned on missions and your periodic salary.
You can buy Credits to speed up management, with the price in euros always visible. They don’t unlock levels and you don’t need them to win.
No banners and no interruptions while you play. If videos in exchange for Credits ever arrive, watching them will always be your choice.
No loot boxes, no paid mystery packs. You always know what you’re buying.
The roadmap shows intentions, not dated promises: priorities follow player feedback.
Yes. It’s free to play and everything in the game can be earned by playing. Credit purchases and rewarded videos are optional.
No. Rescue Control runs in your browser, on phone, tablet and computer. No store, no install: open the site and play.
Pick a Director name and enter your email: you’ll get a 6-digit code and you’re in. No password to remember.
Yes, if it is in a region that is already available. Today you can start from 1,044 municipalities in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, and Molise; the other regions arrive one at a time and are already listed in the game as “Coming soon”. The map, roads, hospitals and stations are the real ones, taken from open data.
No new emergencies break out while you’re away. Processes already under way — journeys, building works, courses, repairs — are completed, your salary accrues up to a cap, and when you return you’ll find the “While you were away” recap.
Credits can speed up management timers, such as deliveries or repairs, but not operational times and not levels, which are earned only through experience in the field.
Every Director has a personal invite link. When two people you’ve invited genuinely start playing and complete their first missions, you all receive bonus Credits.
